MTG: Friday Night Commander League

Join us for Magic The Gathering: Commander at Great Stories every Thursday night. There are four players in each game mode, and each deck has 99 cards plus one commander card. This format calls for a game that lasts roughly 20 minutes for each player.

Choosing your hero and constructing your deck around them is the essence of the Commander format. You select a legendary creature to be your commander in this casual multiplayer game, and the rest of your deck is constructed around their color identity and special powers. Except for basic lands, players can only have one copy of each card in their deck, although they can utilize any card from throughout Magic's past.
