How to Participate in the Tournament.

What do I do?

Sign up and pay by April 27th, and specify your preferred recruitment choice (Imperial or Rebel). You will be assigned, at random, a leader to build a deck around (your choice of base). If you do not have the leader assigned to you, we will provide you the card at no cost! On Sunday, April 28th you will be notified of the recruitment and leader assigned to you! And then you prepare for battle!

How does the tournament work?

Based on the leader you are assigned, you will be entered into 3 v 3 or 2 v 2 matches, that will determine the fate of control on Tatooine! Matchups throughout the day will be determined by plot developments as results of the battles come in! Objective points will determine Rebel or Imperial control for Tatooine and set the stage for the next series of battles, happening monthly at Great Stories!

Will I be assigned the same faction or leader each month?

You will remain an Imperial or Rebel for the rest of the season (one year), but your leader assignment will change at random one week before any tournament day!

What is prizing for individual events?

Every tournament entry will earn a Battle for Tatooine Veteran Medal. Imperial credits will also be earned throughout the tournament which will be good for trade for special in-store only exclusive items, as well as any Star Wars themed (games/books/collectibles) we sell! Additionally, there will be store credit prizing determined by event developments!

$30 for each event
