The commander that I am spotlighting today is Jolene the Plunder Queen. She is a 2/2 for two colorless, a red and a green mana. She allows anyone who attacks an opponent of yours to create a treasure token. She allows you to create an additional treasure token when creating treasure tokens and allows you to sacrifice 5 treasure tokens to give her 5 +1/+1 counters. These abilities help you ramp quickly, may have your opponent's not swing out at you and the +1/+1 counters can beef her up and possibly protect herself from burn spells.

The Win Cons
The Easiest Way to win with this deck (Besides for attacking your opponents) is by saving your treasures and casting Hellkite Tyrant. Ideally your opponents would also have artifacts for it to steal and you can obtain victory by just controlling 20 artifacts. If you have Magda, Brazen Outlaw out, you can sneak it out before your turn by sacrificing 5 additional treasures.
Another way to win is by gaining infinite treasures by casting Dockside Extortionist with your opponent's having at least 3 artifacts or enchantments and returning to hand with Temur Sabertooth to gain infinite treasures. If you control Reckless Fireweaver or Ingenious Artillerist you can deal infinite damage or you can create an infinite amount of citizen tokens with Stimulus Package or create an infinite number of treasure creatures with Alloy Animist. Then you just need Anger in the Graveyard or have Bitter Reunion to give your creatures haste and swing in to victory.
The Risk
Jolene, the Plunder Queen has no protection from non-burn removal effects so she can be easily dealt with normal removal spells. Because your opponents are gaining extra mana through the treasures that Jolene gives through attacking your opponents, their game plans can advance faster than normal. This decklist could use more card draw so be careful not to go all out unless you can win.
The Value
Ghirapur Aether Grid allows your treasures to be used to do damage by tapping 2 of them. You can also use Inspiring Sanctuary can help you cast spells by tapping your treasures for colorless mana. Marut often ends up being a free creature to play because of how much treasure you're making. Prizefight and Sudden Breakthrough are Free Instants with Jolene out on the battlefield.
Overall Jolene the Plunder Queen is a very fun deck to play. It is easily my most “ramp” type deck that I play. She can often get very big and become a threat on her own very quickly. Also, it gives me a very good excuse to play Jolene by Dolly Parton when I win. Until next time, Enjoy!
